Chicago Green Design Inc. designed and Installed this unique 3,000 sq ft rooftop retreat in the heart of Chicago’s Wrigleyville area. The client wanted a place to escape but didn’t have a backyard space to enjoy… So we built one for them…on top of their rooftop. Like many of us Chicagoans, we dream of luxury rooftop decks. Having one with the view of the cubs and wrigley is truly a rooftop deck backyard dream. We created several rooms such as a lounge area, garden, dining room, kids golf, kids eating area and enclosed basketball/baseball area . In this rooftop deck and garden, we designed a rooftop deck design for outdoor living, the luxury and unique touches are evident. Our award winning designers work with the clients hand-in-hand designing with natural materials such as Cumaru wood and Zinc. Some of the entertainment rooftop deck amentites of this project included: A 3-zone music system installed by high-def , an outdoor television, outdoor fireplace, and much, much more!
